RETURNS

What’s Your Return Policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order, and your order # must be provided in order to initiate a return. Email us at [email protected] and we’ll help begin the returns process.

How do I Place a Return or Exchange?

Please reach out to [email protected] with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return, and we’ll take care of the rest. If you purchased a BioGold CBD product through one of our distributors or retailers, please go to the original purchase location for your return or exchange.

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping?

All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse and we’ve thoroughly tested our shipping materials to ensure safety during transport. Upon delivery of your order, please check all products carefully for damage. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please contact our Customer Care team and provide detailed information regarding any products damaged during shipping within that 48-hour timeframe. Please include a full description of damages, and save all original packaging materials and damaged goods.

What Should I Do if I Receive the Wrong Product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, we apologize. Please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll be sure to get you the BioGold CBD product you ordered!

How Long Does it Take to Process a Return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
